Prices for every drive, set per vehicle

Every fare on this site is for the whole vehicle, one way. It does not depend on how many people are travelling, how many suitcases they carry, or whether they are adults or children. A couple and a family of four pay the same for the Economy van to Side, because they are using the same car for the same distance.

The price is fixed at the moment we confirm your booking. Traffic on the D400, a flight that lands two hours late, a detour to a hotel's back entrance: none of these change it. What you see in the confirmation message is what you hand to the driver.

• Child seats and boosters on request
• All luggage, plus pushchairs, golf bags and wheelchairs, as long as they fit the vehicle
• Fuel and motorway costs
• Cancellation at any time, at no charge

The extras that other services sometimes charge for are part of the fare here. Child seats of every size, from rear-facing infant seats to boosters, are free; we only need the children’s ages to fit the right ones. Luggage is never counted or weighed, and bulky items such as golf bags, pushchairs and folding wheelchairs travel at no cost, as long as the vehicle you booked has room for them.

The table shows Economy fares. The other three vehicles add a fixed amount to that figure, the same on every route:

• Economy van (Mercedes Vito or similar), up to four passengers with luggage: the price shown
• Standard van, seven seats: Economy fare + €5
• VIP van (V-Class or Vito VIP, leather captain's chairs), six seats: Economy fare + €10
• Minibus (Mercedes Sprinter), up to sixteen passengers: Economy fare + €15

So to Side, Kumköy or Manavgat the four tiers cost €50, €55, €60 and €65. To Belek they cost €35, €40, €45 and €50; to Alanya €75, €80, €85 and €90.

Which tier to choose depends on people and luggage rather than budget alone. Four people with ordinary suitcases fit the Economy van. Five or six, or four with golf bags, are more comfortable in the Standard van. The VIP van carries six in individual leather chairs for those who want the extra comfort, and the minibus is the answer for anything from eight to sixteen travellers. If you are not sure, tell us who is coming and what they are bringing; dispatch will recommend the smallest vehicle that genuinely fits.

Shuttles and shared transfers charge per seat. That suits a solo traveller, but the sums change quickly as the party grows. Divide our fares by the number of people and the difference is easy to see.

• Four people in the Economy van to Side: €50, or €12.50 each
• Seven people in the Standard van to Side: €55, under €8 each
• Sixteen people in the minibus to Side: €65, roughly €4 each

On top of the cost per head, a private vehicle leaves when you are ready and goes straight to your hotel, without waiting for other flights or calling at a string of other resorts first.

For mixed groups, such as two families arriving on different flights, it is often still worth sharing one vehicle if the landing times are close; if they are hours apart, two separate cars at their own fares are usually the better plan. We will happily work out both options for you.

Return trips are two one-way journeys, each at the price in the table. Airport to Side and back in the Economy van is therefore €50 + €50. You can book both legs together or book the return later in your holiday; the fare is the same either way.

Night and holiday travel costs the same as daytime travel. There is no surcharge for a 2 a.m. arrival, a Sunday or a Turkish public holiday.

Extra stops, such as a second hotel to drop friends, a pharmacy or a supermarket, are possible. Ask when you book: tell us where and roughly how long, and any extra cost is quoted before we confirm, so it is part of the fixed fare rather than a surprise at the end. The same goes for local rides around Side and Manavgat and for day trips with a waiting driver, which are quoted individually because every plan is different.

Gazipaşa Airport transfers are available on request. They are not in the table, so ask on WhatsApp and we will give you a fixed price.

Nothing is paid in advance and nothing is taken online. You pay at the end of the journey, to the driver, either in cash or by card. Cash can be in euros, pounds sterling or Turkish lira; if you would rather pay in pounds or lira, ask for the amount when you book, so there is no arithmetic at the hotel door.

Tipping is entirely up to you and never expected as part of the fare.

Cancellation is free at any time, with no deadline. Because you have not paid anything, there is nothing to refund: just send a message so the driver does not set off. Changes to the date, time, flight number or number of passengers are also free. If a change means you need a bigger vehicle, the fare moves to that tier's price, and we tell you before confirming.

Moving a pickup from one hotel to another nearby, for instance from Kumköy to Sorgun, normally leaves the fare unchanged, since both are on the same €50 line. Moving to a destination in a different price band, such as from Side to Alanya, changes the fare to the price for that destination, which we confirm in writing before the ride.
