Book your ride to the Side coast

1. 1Your request arrivesThe form opens a WhatsApp chat with our number and your details in the message. Send it as it is, or add anything you forgot.
2. 2A dispatcher checks itWe look at the route, the flight and the passenger numbers, and make sure the vehicle you chose has room for everyone and their luggage.
3. 3You receive the confirmationA written reply with the fixed price, the vehicle and the pickup details, usually within minutes, at any time of day or night. Closer to the date, you are told the driver's name.
4. 4The driver meets youAt the airport, in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign. At a hotel, at the entrance at the agreed time. You pay at the end of the ride.

Your booking is confirmed when you have the dispatcher's reply, not when the form is sent. If you have not heard back within a reasonable time, send a short message or call +90 551 464 26 32 to check it arrived.

• Flight number and landing date, for airport pickups. This is how we track delays
• Hotel name, and the area if you know it: there are hotels with similar names in Side, Belek and Alanya
• Number of passengers, with the ages of any children who need a seat
• Luggage that is out of the ordinary: golf bags, extra cases, a pushchair, a wheelchair
• Name and phone number, preferably one that works on WhatsApp abroad
• For returns: the departure time of your flight, so we can suggest when to collect you

If something is not yet known, such as the exact flight or the hotel, send what you have. We can hold the booking and fill in the rest later.

Many bookings are made by one person for another: a son arranging the transfer for his parents, a wedding planner for a group of guests, a colleague for a visiting team. That works well. Put the traveller's name on the booking, because that is the name on the driver's sign, and give us a contact number for them as well as yours. Nothing is paid in advance by anyone; the traveller pays the driver at the end of the ride.

Plans do not always leave time to book ahead. If you are already standing in the arrivals hall at Antalya, connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp with your terminal, your hotel and the number of people. Dispatch will reply with a price and tell you honestly how long it will take for a car to reach you. The same applies to local rides around Side when you decide on the spur of the moment.

For larger groups arriving on several flights, send the full list in one message: names, flights and the number of people on each. We will suggest how to split the group between vehicles and confirm each car separately.

Changes are made in the same WhatsApp conversation. New flight, new time, one more passenger, a different hotel: write it, and we confirm the updated booking. If the change means a bigger vehicle is needed, the new fare is stated before it is confirmed.

Cancelling is free at any time, even shortly before the pickup. We only ask you to tell us as early as you can, so the driver is not on the road for nothing.

If your return flight changes during the holiday, simply send the new departure time. We work out a new pickup time from it and confirm it, so you do not have to calculate the margin yourself.
